The complete unit is controlled by CAD/CAM computer systems, which accepts many different kinds of input including DXF, IGES and GOS drawings as well as standard ISO G&M code. Alternatively these can be quickly generated from engineering drawings, sketches and tracings.

Cutting systems can be supplied to virtually any size and with multiple cutting heads. (We have been known to supply machines with up to 8 cutting heads.)

We are one of only three companies worldwide who use phased intensifiers to provide a constant cutting pressure.

The advantage of the constant pressure is that by eliminating the “water hammer” at the end of the stroke, which occurs if you use a dual reciprocating pump (DRP) design as supplied by many of our competitors, the reliability of the unit increases.
