The "source of the waterjet's cutting power, the intensifier is responsible for the generation of the pressurised water used in the cutting process. It takes in water at 4 bar it pressurises it to up to 4000bar, powerful enough to cut through Titanium sheets up to 100 mm in thickness.

Our in-house design is based on a constant flow design, with no high pressure water accumulator. This means that our intensifiers do not suffer from "water hammer" at the end of the stroke which is associated with dual reciprocating pump designs. Water hammer adversely affects both the reliability of the machine and the noise during operation.

Our Intensifiers can be supplied from 22kW to 75kW, with the final selection dependent upon your application (You might want to drive a number of cutting heads at any one time).
