Getting the high pressure water from the intensifier to the cutting head efficiently is key to a successful waterjet cutting operation, loss of pressure degrades the cut and costs you money. This particularly relevant when trying to route the high pressure water to a cutting head mounted on a 6-axes robot.

HP Rotary Couplings…

One solution we designed to cover come this problem is our HP Rotary coupling which can be installed at each joint on the robot arm to allow it to move freely, without the need for coiled or flexible tubing.
