High Pressure Fittings

The preferred choice when the majority of cutting is in 2 dimensions (For example when cutting plates). It allows the cutting of all kinds of materials, with a typical machine having a cutting area of 3.0m x 1.6m.

The cutting table itself is a water tank whose purpose is to absorb the energy of the waterjet after the cutting process and to provide a support bed for the work.

Size

Flatbed systems can be supplied to virtually any size and with multiple cutting heads to suit specific requirements. (We have supplied machines with as many as 8 cutting heads)

Speed

Our flatbed machines are tailored to suit your specification and can run at speeds up to 10m / second , although the maximum speed will be determined by the material you are cutting.

Control

Our machines come with full CNC control of the cutting head, allowing cutting programmes to be set-up direct from engineering drawings or constructed manually from sketches or tracings.

Remote pressure control and trouble-shooting provide easier and better control.

Options

Our flatbed machines can be supplied with either 2D or 3D cutting heads. 3D cutting heads allow cuts to be made at an angle to reduce or eliminate subsequent machining operations on the work-piece (e.g. directly cutting the profile in preparation for welding).

With the capacity to add multiple cutting heads, we can provide a solution tailored to your needs.
